Electra Ticino 18d

Electra’s Ticino 18D was inspired by vintage European touring bikes and the resurgence of beautiful utilitarian bikes.

Here’s our two cents.  It’s beautiful- from the paint, to the high-flange hubs, pounded fenders, leather toe strap,and stainless-steel cable housing.  The Ticino also offers a stellar ride, the lightweight aluminum frame is responsive, the steel fork combats bumps.  That vintage cyclo-tourist position Electra talks about?  We’re a fan, it’s ideal for city riding.  It rides well at high speeds and is efficient enough to imagine towing the kids, yet is comfortable enough to make a day of it.
