Today’s helmets don’t induce headaches or double chins. Thanks to systems that hug the back of the head they are designed to stay put without clamping on your temples. A good helmet will sit levelly on the forehead, neither perched back nor tilting over the eyes. And best of all, it’s comfortable! We recommend trying a couple different styles and brands to see which one fits your head shape. Then do a simple fit test, make all adjustments, and with the straps unbuckled shake your head.
